Abstract:
To reduce a burden on a worker in filter replacement, etc. in a waste liquid treatment apparatus and to reduce the size of a precipitation tank for precipitating processing waste.SOLUTION: A waste liquid treatment device 9 comprises: a precipitation tank 91 used for receiving processing waste liquid containing processing waste discharged from an apparatus A that processes a work pieces while supplying processing water; an inlet 910 for introducing the processing waste liquid into the precipitation tank 91; acidic means 99 that accelerates precipitation of the processing waste by acidifying the processing waste liquid introduced into the precipitation tank 91, thereby reducing repelling forces between the processing wastes arising when the processing waste liquid is neutral; and an outlet 919 for draining supernatant water obtained by precipitating the processing waste in the processing waste liquid in the precipitation tank 91.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
