Specifically disclosed is a pyrolyzing device for pyrolyzing waste plastic and comprises: a pyrolytic vessel that houses the waste plastic; a heating unit that is disposed in the pyrolytic vessel and heats the waste plastic inside the pyrolytic vessel; and a control unit that controls the amount of heat applied by the heating unit in order to adjust the temperature inside the pyrolytic vessel.
