Abstract:
To provide a method for treating waste soil, for example, surplus soil from building (e.g., surplus soil from excavation, or surplus soil from dredging) difficult in handling, transportation, etc.
When difficultly treatable soil (e.g., soil from excavation or soil from dredging) formed in e.g., a building work is treated, highly viscous soil is slurried in water. High-water-content soil as such is mixed with finely pulverized paper diapers and a water-absorbing polymer (if required dependent on its later water content). The mixture is agitated. Thus, the difficultly treatable waste soil is improved to form suitably bound and granulated particles easy to handle, transport, or to subject to a like operation.
