Abstract:
To provide a method for a waste plastic treatment by oil forming, capable of recovering an oil having a preferable composition by using a metal chloride as a catalyst.
This method for a waste plastic treatment by oil forming comprises thermally decomposing the waste plastic and recovering the generated oil. Therein, a metal chloride (e.g. aluminum chloride) is used as a catalyst for decomposing the waste polymer.
