Abstract:
To provide a water-based coating material, a coated plate and a coated can, capable of suppressing contamination in retort water and suppressing generation of fume even when an oven is set to a high temperature.SOLUTION: The water-based coating material contains an acrylic resin (A) and a benzoguanamine resin (B). An average acid value of the resins included in the water-based coating material is 5 to 15 mgKOH/g. The acrylic resin (A) is a copolymer of a monomer mixture containing N-alkoxymethyl (meth)acrylamide (a1) by 15 to 55 mass%, a carboxyl group-containing monomer (a2) by 0.8 to 4 mass%, and other monomers (a3) by 40 to 80 mass%, in which the N-alkoxymethyl (meth)acrylamide (a1) contains N-methoxymethyl (meth)acrylamide.SELECTED DRAWING: None
