To provide a water cleaning apparatus in an ecosystem of water which prevents aerobic bacteria in water from perishing due to an electrode, toxic substances or the like and increases aerobic bacteria with simple constitution and thereby which can assist natural decontamination action and can easily improve underwater ecosystem.
The water cleaning apparatus has an oxygen production section 4 sunk underwater and an electricity supply section for supplying electricity to the oxygen production section. The oxygen production section is provided with a tubulous insulative part 10 of a prescribed shape, an anode part 11 of a hollow tube shape which is attached to a circumferential surface of the tubulous insulative part and is electrically connected with the electricity supply section, a cathode part 12 which is arranged inside the tubulous insulative part and is electrically connected with the electricity supply section and an insulative porous part 13 which is attached to the tubulous insulative part and covers the anode part and the cathode part.
