Abstract:

To provide a water-dispersion type pressure-sensitive adhesive composition and a pressure-sensitive adhesive product which exhibit a good initial pressure-sensitive adhesive force for the dew condensation surface or the wet surface, and are excellent in constant load peelability.

The water-dispersion type pressure-sensitive adhesive composition comprises 0.5-15 pts.wt. polyvinylpyrrolidone to 100 pts.wt. solid content of an acrylic or rubber-based water-dispersion type pressure-sensitive adhesive composition. The acrylic-based water-dispersion type pressure-sensitive adhesive composition may contain, as a base polymer, an acrylic polymer having a C4-12 alkyl (meth)acrylate as a monomer main component. The pressure-sensitive adhesive product has an pressure-sensitive adhesive layer based on the water-dispersion type pressure-sensitive adhesive composition.
