Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water-in-oil type emulsified composition which improves defects of the water-in-oil type emulsified composition such as heavy spread, oiliness, greasiness, in terms of touch in use, has freshness, refreshing and excellent touch in use, excellent moisture retaining property of the skin and stability with time.
SOLUTION: This water-in-oil type emulsified composition is obtained by formulating (a) a specific polyoxyalkylene alkyl-modified organopolysiloxane with (b) a polyglycerol fatty acid ester type activator, (c) an oil containing a silicone oil and a polar oil, (d) a salt, (e) ethyl alcohol and (f) water.
