CONSTITUTION: A water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic consisting of an oily phase containing ≥30wt% based on the oily phase component of a silicone oil such as dimethylpolysiloxane, methylphenylpolysiloxane, etc., ≥0.1wt%, especially 1W20wt% based on the aqueous phase of an amino acid and/or an amino acid salt such as aspartic acid, glutamic acid, etc., a lipophilic nonionic surface active such as sorbitan sesquiisostearate, sorbitan diisostearate, etc., and a cationic surface active agent such as dihexadecyldimethylammonium salt, etc.
