Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of forming one of causes of water pollution in a public water area because floating inflow impurities flow out to the public water area in rainy weather without flowing into an intercepting pipe in a diversion manhole of conventional combined sewerage.
SOLUTION: In this water level control device for a drainage system, a control plate is interposed between an inflow pipe and the intercepting pipe, and the height of the top face of the control plate is lowered than the height of a diversion weir interposed between the inflow pipe and a discharge pipe. A guide wall with its lower end arranged in a position slightly below the top end of the diversion weir is interposed between the inflow pipe and the diversion weir.
