PURPOSE: To provide a pavement material having durability and impact absorbing performance by blending a rubber elastic aggregate having a specific grain diameter at a specific ratio into a water permeable pavement material composed of an aggregate having the specific grain diameter and a binder of the specific ratio.

CONSTITUTION: A rubber elastic aggregate having an average grain diameter (rg) of not greater than 10mm is blended into a water permeable pavement material composed of an aggregate 98-60weight% composed of gravel and the like having an average grain diameter (rs) of not greater than 15mm and a binder 2-40weight% such as an epoxy resin so as to become 1-15weight% of the aggregate. A ratio of the average grain diameter is set so as to become (rg)/(rs)<0.9. A sort of quartz sand, rubber powder, silicon dioxide and the like are stuck on the surface or is contained in the binder as a non-slip material. Thereby, a water permeable pavement material (molding) and a pavement body having durability and impact absorbing performance can be obtained easily.
