Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water-resistant and oil-resistant paper to which printing capability is imparted and a bag-making processing is easily carried out and moreover which is optimum for the water-resistant and oil-resistant paper for the bag making, recyclable through collection and recovery and useful for other uses in which water resistance and oil resistance are required.
SOLUTION: This water-resistant and oil-resistant paper has 10th to 16th grade of oil resistance measured by the method of Technical Association of the Pulp and Paper Industry(TAPPI) UM-557 and is useful for the bag making, or the like, in processed paper sheets obtained by coating at least one side of a base material with 5-25 g/m2 of a coating material prepared by formulating a mixture of an acrylic dispersion (A) and a styrene-butadiene-based dispersion (B) in an amount of 50-200 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of a pigment.
