PURPOSE: To provide a water-resistant sheet having excellent water-resistance and producible at a low cost.

CONSTITUTION: A binder having the minimum film-forming temperature of ≤25°C is applied in an amount of ≥30wt.% to a nonwoven fabric made of a synthetic fiber filament and the surface of the formed film is treated with a water-repelling agent to obtain a water-resistant sheet having excellent water- resistance (water-resisting pressure of ≥300mmH2O), producible at a low cost, capable of proceeding the film-forming process and the reduction of the pore diameter of the through-holes of the nonwoven fabric by the application of the binder free from the thickening and foaming and capable of maximizing the water-repelling performance of the water-repellent.
