Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water retention heat insulation sheet for placing concrete capable of improving durability and a strength of the concrete by absorbing excess mixed water when placed with the concrete, supplying a sufficient amount of moisture to the concrete after starting curing and preventing a temperature craze on a surface of the concrete.
SOLUTION: The water retention heat insulation sheet 10 is mounted on an inner wall surface of a form 12 and used. The sheet 10 comprises a plurality of water retaining chambers 14 provided in the sheet 10, a plurality of first communicating passages 16 respectively communicating with the chambers 14 and opened on a surface of the concrete at its placed side, a plurality of back surface grooves 18 provided on the surface of the side mounted at the form 12, and a second communication passage 20 communicating with the chambers 14 through any of the grooves 18.
