PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water softening device in which the operation for regenerating a cation exchange resin is easy.SOLUTION: Provided is a water softening device comprising: an ion exchange resin part having a cation exchange resin for softening water; a tank for storing the ion exchange resin part; a water inlet part for feeding water into the tank; a water outlet part for flowing out the water from the inside of the tank to the outside; a regeneration liquid charge port for charging a regeneration liquid regenerating the ion exchange capacity of the cation exchange resin into the tank; and a water exhaust port for exhausting the regeneration liquid. The regeneration liquid charge port is located in the upper part of the cation exchange resin, and the water exhaust port is located in the lower part of the cation exchange resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
