Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent hard opening of a valve unit for opening the outlet of a water supply tank by the pressure in the tank for supplying water to an automatic icemaker, etc.
CONSTITUTION: The water supply tank comprises a tank 2 for containing water, a mounting port 5 (water supply port) provided integrally with the tank 2 and having a threaded part on an outer periphery, a valve unit 1 to be opened by an external operation, and a cap 9 to be engaged with the port 5, wherein a slit 7 communicating with the tank 2 is provided at a top surface of the port 5 in contact with the cap 9.
