To provide a water treatment equipment for efficiently sterilizing a water, which is supplied from a water supply port in a water supply equipment for building or the like, by electrolytic treatment while keeping the hermetic sealability of a water supply tank and preventing a gas stagnation problem to keep the water quality.
In the water treatment equipment, a filter device 12 equipped with a filter for removing gas bubbles generated by electrolytic treatment is arranged on the downstream side from the electrolytic treatment means 11 of the treated water channel 100 connected to the water supply tank 2 and an automatic gas venting valve 13 for discharging the removed gas to the outside of the treated water channel 100 is connected to the filter device 12. Since the gas generated by the electrolytic treatment can be discharged to the outside of the treated water channel 100 by the filter device 12 and the automatic gas venting valve 13, the stagnation of the gas in the water supply tank 2 can be prevented certainly while keeping the hermetic sealability of the water supply tank 2.
