To correct the position and attitude of a tab of a male terminal fitting when the tab passes an insertion hole of a holder.

The male terminal fitting 40 with the elongated tab 42 projected forward from a terminal body 41 is inserted into a cavity 11 in a connector housing 10 after sequentially passing the insertion hole 31 of the holder 30 and a wire insertion hole 21 of a bulk rubber plug 20. In the insertion hole 31, elastic pressing pieces 32 (elastic pressing means) for elastically pressing the tab 42 inserted into the insertion hole 31 in a direction intercrossing with the insertion direction is formed. The tab 42 inserted into the insertion hole 31 is positioned in the direction intercrossing with the insertion direction by the pressing of the pressing pieces 32, and corrected to a correct insertion attitude. The tab 42 having passed the insertion hole 42 never runs into the rubber plug 20.
