A base member 10 comprises a bottom plate part 11, a sidewall part 12 and a stopper part 13 which is formed by being bent inwards from a distal end portion of the sidewall part 12. A sheet press member 20 comprises an expander part 22 which is bent inwards from both right and left sides of a top face part 21 including a screw hole, a presser part 23 which is bend outwards from a distal end portion of the expander part, and a pressing end part 24 which is formed in an inverted R shape from a distal end portion of the presser part closer to the top face part. An auxiliary member 30 includes opposing spreader parts 31 and a bottom part 35 connecting the spreader parts and is U-shaped in a side view. Lower portions of the spreader parts 31 can be abutted to the expander part 22, and the bottom part 35 is positioned at a lower side of the screw hole. When a bolt 7 is threaded into the screw hole, the auxiliary member 30 is moved as the bolt 7 is put in, and the spreader part 31 is brought into press-contact with the expander part 22, thereby expanding the expander part 22.
