To provide a waterproof structure capable of suppressing deterioration of a waterproof function with the lapse of time, for example.SOLUTION: A waterproof structure 10 includes a heat insulation panel laying part 30 in which a plurality of heat insulation panels 1 are put side by side to be laid in a long side direction and a short side direction respectively, a first waterproof sheet 2A covering a boundary between the heat insulation panels 1 adjacent in the short side direction, and a second waterproof sheet 2B covering a boundary between the heat insulation panels 1 adjacent in the long side direction. The heat insulation panels 1 adjacent in the long side direction are disposed so that flat marginal parts of both heat insulation panels 1 face each other. The heat insulation panels 1 are inclined to a horizontal direction, and the flat parts are abutted with each other to face each other in an inclined direction α.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
