Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveguide horn array and its method for imparting an excellent performance in the aspects of bandwidth, directivity, and the like, to an antenna, while enhancing isolation of the transmission and reception antenna of a system, and to provide an antenna system.SOLUTION: An array includes a rectangular metal plate, a plurality of holes of rectangular cross section bored in the rectangular metal plate in the longitudinal direction thereof, and having a rectangular waveguide formed on the lower stage and a bellmouth formed on the upper stage, and grooves of a predetermined depth formed on both sides of the holes on the upper surface of the rectangular metal plate, and extending in the arrangement direction of the plurality of holes.
