Title:
WEAVING SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING VARIOUS KINDS OF WOVEN FABRICS IN SMALL LOTS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3649286
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weaving system for producing various kinds of woven fabrics in small lots, so contrived that the fabrics are produced by avoiding waste as much as possible and the system is applied to conventional weaving machines so as to continuously operate them.
SOLUTION: This weaving system for producing the various kinds of the woven fabrics in the small lots comprises consecutively selecting two or more kinds of yarn threads 1 according to preliminary planed design patterns, forming each of warp thread-feeding packages 5 by together piecing the selected threads based on each of prescribed amounts of the fed warp threads, and arranging the warp threads on the warp beams by aligning the warp yarn-feeding package 5 in the transverse direction of the weaving machine, wherein the warp threads fed from the warp beams are each crossed by and interlaced with a weft thread so as to continuously form the designed patterns in such a manner that two or more kinds of the design patterns are arranged in the weaving direction but separated from each other because of existence of pieced regions of the warp threads between the design patterns.
