The first strain cylindrical member 31 and the second strain cylindrical member 32 having different elastic moduli are arranged between the base 22 and a reception part and are compressively deformed by the weight of a measurement object. The laser length measurement sensor 50 non-contactly measures a compressive deformation amount of the first strain cylindrical member 31 and the second strain cylindrical member 32.
