To provide a weight mat having excellent sound insulation performance and easily handled.
The weight mat 1 includes: a sheet part 11; a plurality of storage parts 12 arranged and formed on one main face of the sheet part 11 over an approximately overall predetermined arrangement direction; and a plurality of superposing parts 13 stored within the plurality of storage parts 12, respectively in the removable state. The plurality of superposing parts 13 comprise a plurality of long plate-shaped rubber members, respectively. In the weight mat 1, after the sheet part 11 is provided on an object to be destructed, the superposing parts 13 are inserted into the respective storage parts 12. Thus, this can prevent carrying of the weight mat 1 in the extremely heavy state, and can easily cover a destruction target portion of the object to be destructed with the weight mat 1. Due to the rubber members of the superposing parts 13, sound insulation performance can be secured during destruction.
