Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve a welder and a welder mold which are used for the welding and forming processing of medical appliances constituted of tubes, sheets and other parts made of a thermoplastic resin.
CONSTITUTION: A welder mold 3 is so constituted that a slide unit having a top force provided on the bottom face thereof and a slide base having a bottom force provided on the top face thereof are slidably joined to each other by means of a slide shaft, an insulating bushing is interposed between the slide unit and the slide shaft, an insulating adjusting bolt is mounted at each end of the slide shaft, and an insulating joint is mounted at the tope face part of the slide unit. A welder 1 is so constituted that the welder mold 3 is arranged on a base 5 of the main body 2 of the welder, and a press cylinder is mounted on an upper arm of the main body 2 of the welder. Even different workers can always maintain accuracy of the centering, parallelism and clearance of the welder mold (top force). These devices does not need higher precision and can be constructed at low cost, and their adjustment is also simple.
