Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet type nonwoven fabric generating no paper-making machine dirt caused by a heat molten resin and capable of achieving both of energy saving and productivity enhancement and a manufacturing method therefor, a wet type nonwoven fabric capable of being a wall paper with good feeling when the wet type nonwoven fabric is used as a wall paper or a wall paper lining and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided a wet type nonwoven fabric containing a polyester fiber and a binder resin, and solubility parameter of the binder resin is in a range of ±2.0 of solubility parameter of the polyester fiber. The manufacturing is conducted by a method for forming a sheet by a wet type method using the polyester fiber as a main component, applying or impregnating the binder resin having solubility parameter in the range of ±2.0 of solubility parameter of the polyester fiber in the sheet and then drying them with an after dryer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
