Abstract:
To provide a moist powder coating device control program that can calculate a coating condition for obtaining target coating weight in coating moist powder onto a substrate using a non-constant velocity roll, a moist powder coating device and a manufacturing method of a coating film.SOLUTION: When a diameter D of a roll, a roll velocity ratio rand a powder property of moist powder are given, a rate of change (dσ/dx) of compressive stress σ acting on the moist powder at the time when the moist powder is in a slip section and a rate of change (dσ/dx) of the compressive stress σ acting on the moist powder at the time when the moist powder is in a nip section are calculated. Subsequently, a nip angle σ is calculated from an intersection point between the two rates dσ/dx. Further, assuming that the product of a loose-bulk density ρ and a micro volume Vof the moist powder passing on a position close to the angle α is equal to a quantity Wof the moist powder passing on a gap between rolls, a combination of the roll velocity rate r and a gap G, by which target coating weight Wcan be obtained is searched.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
