The left handle stress FL and the right handle stress FR applied to a handle 8 by the user are detected by a left and right distortion gauge, and it is determined whether or not the detected left and right handle stresses are larger than the stress setting value to independently control the rotations of the left and right wheels 5L and 5R disposed at a bottom section of the case body 2 corresponding to the judgment result. Thereby, the case body 2 of the wheel driving type case 1 can be made to accurately follow the rounded route of the user.
