To provide an auxiliary device for wheelchair storage and transfer, capable of dissolving transfer difficulty due to a gap in the horizontal direction and a height difference between the seat of an automobile and the seat of a wheelchair and enabling a wheelchair user himself/herself to easily store the wheelchair inside a compartment, and the vehicle provided with the same.

The auxiliary device for wheelchair storage and transfer includes: a foldable auxiliary seat 20 for transfer; a housing body 30 provided with an opening for taking the wheelchair 5 in and out; a parallel link arm 40 to the front end side of which the auxiliary seat 20 for transfer and the housing body 30 are attached; and a turning mechanism 50 for rotating the parallel link arm 40 around an axis in a vehicle width cross direction. Since the turning mechanism 50 controls the rotation of the parallel link arm 40, the housing body 30 and the auxiliary seat 20 for transfer project from the inside of a vehicle compartment to a vehicle width outer direction. As the parallel link arm 40 is changed from a fallen state to a rising state, the housing body 30 surfaces and rises while bringing the auxiliary seat 20 for transfer to the side of a vehicle seat.
