Abstract:
To provide a white pigment dispersion which gives an aqueous inkjet ink composition having redispersibility of a white pigment, discharge stability, printability, scratch resistance, and storage stability.SOLUTION: The white pigment dispersion contains a white pigment, an alkali-soluble resin, a basic compound, and water. The white pigment is titanium oxide having an average primary particle diameter (D) of 100 nm or more and 190 nm or less. The white pigment dispersion has an average dispersed particle diameter (D50) of 110 nm or more and 250 nm or less. The ratio (D50/D) of the average dispersed particle diameter (D50) to the average primary particle diameter (D) is 1.1 or more and 2.0 or less. The content of the alkali-soluble resin is 5-40 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the white pigment.SELECTED DRAWING: None
