The wholly aromatic polyamide yarn for reinforcing the cement has a single fiber fineness of 50 to 200 dtex and a modulus of elongation of 300 cN/dtex, by spinning a wholly aromatic polyamide by a wet method or a semi-dry, semi-wet method, using a plurality of solvent-removing tanks having an immersion length of 10 m and having a solvent concentration gradient, in a process for removing a solvent after the extrusion of a polymer dope.
