To provide a wind mill power generating device with a supporting structure allowing the installation of a vane and a vane supporting member at high places for developing great wind energy and stabilizing the vane and the vane supporting member without causing the removal or turn-down of them from a fixed supporting member due to strong wind or vibration.
In the wind mill power generating device, the vane supporting member for supporting the vane is supported in such a manner as to be movable relative to the fixed supporting member and power is generated with the movement of the vane supporting member relative to the fixed supporting member due to wind force on the vane. The fixed supporting member in a circular form is fixed to the upper part of a supporting column and the vane supporting member is attached to the fixed supporting member along its peripheral direction via a moving mechanism, and a linear generator or a rotary generator is provided thereon.
