The wind turbine fixing and lifting apparatus includes a door-like installation frame and a wind turbine lifting device 5. An enclasper 4 for clamping a wind turbine tower is provided on a beam of the door-like installation frame, the wind turbine lifting device is fixed to the door-like installation frame, and the lifting end of the wind turbine lifting device is connected to the wind turbine tower. The enclasper clamps the tower of a wind turbine in the horizontal plane and the wind turbine lifting device constrains the wind turbine vertically. With this, the assembled wind turbine is fixed in a state at installation by using the enclasper and the wind turbine lifting device of the wind turbine fixing and lifting apparatus.
