The wind turbine fixing and lifting apparatus includes a first fixing column, a second fixing column, a beam lifting device, at least one beam, and an enclasper for fixing the tower of a wind turbine. Guide grooves for sliding the beam are provided in opposed faces of the first fixing column and the second fixing column. The enclasper is arranged on the beam. The opposite ends of the beam are fitted to the insides of the guide grooves of the first fixing column and the second fixing column. The beam lifting device is fixed to the first fixing column or the second fixing column, and the lifting end of the beam lifting device is connected to the beam.
