Two plates 11, 12 slidably overlaid on each other are provided across a cool air passage 20A and a hot air passage 20B. The first plate 11 has a plurality of vent holes 15A for cool air in a cool air area, and a plurality of vent holes 15B for hot air in a hot air area. The second plate 12 has a cool air opening part 16A for opening the vent hole 15A of the first plate 11 and a cool air closing part 17A for closing the hole in a cool air area, and a hot air opening part 16B for opening the vent hole 15B of the first plate 11 and a hot air closing part 17B for closing the hole in a hot air area. According to a slide position of the second plate, opening degrees of the vent hole 15A for cool air and the vent hole 15B for hot air are adjusted.
