Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable automation of a work to wind a sheetform product around a sheet pipe, by a method wherein a tape end is pressed against the peripheral surface of the sheet pipe through forward/oblique raising movement of a tape holding feed device, and a tape is released through oblique lowering/backward movement and is cut to a necessary length by means of a cutter. CONSTITUTION:Through forward/oblique raising movement of a tape holding feed device 1, the end part of a sheetform product 8 is secured on the peripheral surface of a winding core 14 by means of a viscous tape 9. Simultaneously with oblique lowering/backward movement of the tape holding feed device 1, a tape cutter 10 is actuated to cut the viscous tape 9. Thereafter, a sheetform product winding roll 13 is rotated to wind the desired length of the sheetform product 8 around the winding core 14, and the roll is wrapped to complete winding package of the sheetform product.
