To provide a window shade at low cost, which is easily attached to an indoor window face, is easily detached, and maintains comfortable indoor environment in use for blocking solar radiation during summer, and in use for preventing air from being cooled at a window during winter.

A window shade includes a sheet 1 to be suspended at an indoor window face. The sheet 1 includes a metal deposition layer 3 formed on the surface of a transparent film 2, and a reinforcement material 5 laminated on the metal deposition layer 3. The sheet 1 has an upper end which is pinched and suspended with the clip part 7 of a clip 6 having a suction cup. The upper end of the sheet 1 includes means for preventing falling from the clip part 7. Stapling 9 is simple means for preventing falling. The sheet 1 has a lower end at which a weight 10 is properly arranged.
