Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wine cellar capable of regulating the temperature difference between the upper stage and the lower stage of a preservation chamber while the temperature in the preservation chamber being adjustable.SOLUTION: A wine cellar disclosed in the present application has fans (26a and 26b) for circulating the air in preservation chambers (2a and 2b), the fans being installed in an inclined state so as to discharge captured air obliquely upward. By controlling the fans (26a and 26b) and fin type chillers (41a and 41b), the air in the preservation chambers (2a and 2b) is taken into a storage case 8 via suction ventilation ports provided below rear panels 9; and the fans (26a and 26b) discharge the air heated or cooled by the fin type chillers (41a and 41b) toward the top surface of the preservation chambers (2a and 2b) obliquely upward via discharge ventilation ports provided above the rear panels 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7-2
