PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement system which achieves a plurality of specific measurements by one device, and which allows a setting value according to a filter to be easily adjusted.SOLUTION: A measurement system 1 includes: attachment/detachment parts 153a to 153c to which one of a plurality of filter modules 50, 70 including respective filters for transmitting different types of specific light is detachably attached; a specification part 222 for specifying the filter of the one of the filter modules 50, 70, which is attached to the attachment/detachment parts 153a to 153c; and a setting value switching part 224 for switching adjustment setting values during measurement by using the specified filter specified by the specification part 222 corresponding to the specified filter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
