Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the exterior view of a portion between a panel of the body of an automobile and a window shield by storing a recessed part formed between the end peripheral part of the panel and the lower end of the window shield, at the time of stoppage of operation of wipers. CONSTITUTION:A cawl top outer 6 is placed between the end peripheral part of a hood panel 2 and the lower end part of a window shield 4 and forms a cawl part extending an automobile width direction. This cawl top outer 6 also forms an recessed part 8 for storing wipers at the position in the vicinity of the lower end part of the front window shield 4. And in the recessed part 8, a pair of wipers 10 are stored. For the recessed part 8, covering members 12 are arranged so as to cover the recessed part 8 in a condition that the recessed part 8 stores the paired wipers 10.
