Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire connection box capable of protecting a wire connection portion from water infiltrating into a housing space in which the wire connection portion and plural electrical wires are housed.SOLUTION: A wire connection box 100 disposed outdoors to relay power from a power source to a spotlight 400 includes a housing 110 which contains an electrical wire 210 connected to a power source and a wire connection portion 250 as a connection portion of an electrical wire 221 connected to the spotlight 400, and has therein a housing space 120 for housing a part of the electrical wire 210 and a part of the electrical wire 221, and a support portion 180 for supporting at least one of the electrical wire 210 and the electrical wire 221 in the housing space 120 to locate the wire connection portion 250 above the floor surface 121 in the housing space 120.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
