Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost wire connection structure in which wire can be slightly inserted at the time of locking, and in which a contact conductor can be thinned without deteriorating its locking performance.
SOLUTION: In a wire connection structure, a clad material contact conductor 41 is failt in a body 12 having wire insertion holes 16, 17 to which wire is inserted, this conductor 41 has a diagonal lock member part 43 capable of elastic deformation, and this lock member part 43 is provided with a narrow width part 43a, and a wide width part 43b continuously formed with the narrow width part 43a having an overhang part 43b1 overhanging in a width direction to the narrow width part 43a, where this wide width part 43b is provided to face the wire insertion holes 16, 17, so the wire inserted into the wire insertion hole 17 is locked by the lock member part 43. In this case, a diagonal lock member bearing surface 50 which crosses inclination of the diagonal lock member part 43 is formed inside the body 12, and a side end surface 43b2 of the overhang part 43b1 on the narrow width part side is put to get closer to the bearing surface 50 to be engaged. The bearing surface 50 can thus be set as a stopper when the wire is pulled.
