Title:
WIRE-CUTTING JIG
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3680753
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig which can cut a plurality of wires with different types, thicknesses, colors, etc., into approximately the same length.
SOLUTION: First through-holes 12, second through-holes 22, and third through-holes 32, which have same arrangement patterns, are formed at each a main element 10, a slide element 20 and ceiling plate elements 30. The slide element 20 energized by springs 21 is slidably held in the guide rail part 11 of the main element 10 and the ceiling plate elements 30 are attached to the upper surface 16 of the main element 10. A height, when the ceiling plate elements 30 are attached to the main element 10, is set to be approximately the same length of wires to be cut. The wires are inserted into the third through-holes 32 of the ceiling plate elements 30 while the slide element 20 is pushed forcibly into the main element 10 against the energizing force of the springs 21 and, in that state, the energizing force of the springs 21 is released to hold the wires between the main element 10 and the slide element. Then parts of the wires protruding out of the ceiling plate elements 30 are cut off by nippers, etc.
