Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form many kinds of wires by arbitrarily changing the arranging position of a forming tool.
CONSTITUTION: A wire forming device is composed of a controlling part 1000 to control the total device and a wire forming part 2000 to practically deform a wire. The forming part 2000 is composed of a circular desk like table 201 and forming tool parts 210 to 217. At the central part of the table 201, an air conditioner is attached and a guide 220 to guide feeding of the wire is positioned. The forming tools 210 to 217 are fixed along a guiding groove 230 installed on the table 201 face. The advancing method of the forming tool attached on the top end of the forming tool parts 210 to 217 can be changed arbitrarily. Further, each forming tool part 210 to 217 is driven with an individual servo motor respectively, and the driving force is converted by using a cam. The forming tool is attached on a slider and made freely sliding. Therefore, whether each forming tool is acted or not can be set simply.
