A wire harness holding tool 10 includes: an anchor part 20 mounted to a body panel in a fixed manner; a long plate-shaped harness attachment part 30 to which a wire harness can be attached; and a slide rail part interconnecting the anchor part 20 and the harness attachment part 30 and enables the anchor part 20 to move in the longitudinal direction relative to the harness attachment part 30. The slide rail part comprises: a pair of rail portions 26, 26 arranged in the anchor part 20; and a pair of guide grooves 33, 33 arranged in the harness attachment part 30 and extending in the longitudinal direction. By fitting the both rail portions 26, 26 to the both guide grooves 33, 33, while the anchor part 20 is guided in the longitudinal direction, movement of the anchor part 20 in the width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction and the plate thickness direction is restricted.
