To improve assembling performance of a valve plate in respect to a sliding throttle valve, and reduce its manufacturing cost.
A jet needle insertion hole 7M and a wire end hole 7H are opened on an upper bottom 7E of a sliding throttle valve 7. A wire insertion groove 7L is formed from an upper end 7B of a cylindrical portion 7A to a lower end 7C and reaches the wire end hole 7H. A valve plate 9 has a positioning pin 9P projected upward and a cutout groove 9B. A valve clip 10 has a bent portion 10A and a branch portion 10B opened sideward. The valve plate 9 and the valve clip 10 are abutted against on the upper bottom 7E of the sliding throttle valve 7. The cutout groove 9B of the valve plate 9 keeps an open state of the wire insertion groove 7L including the wire end hole 7H opened to the upper bottom 7E without blocking. The branch portion 10B of the valve clip 10 is elastically press-fitted to an inner wall 7D of the cylindrical portion 7A. The positioning pin 9P is arranged inside the bent portion 10A of the valve clip 10.
