Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make all wire rods windable on a winding object under uniform tension by providing a tension adjusting means, adjusting wire rod tension at one wire rod of plural pieces of wire rods, in a wire rod feeder feeding one winding machine with these plural wire rods.
CONSTITUTION: In the case where each magnet wire 22 of respective wire bobbins 21 is wound on an iron core 31 at a winding machine 30, the magnet wire 22 once fed to a wire rod feeder 10 from these wire bobbins 21 is indiced in each tension control part 11 piece by piece, and delivered after being added with the specified tension by a magnetic force type brake pulley and a mobile pulley. Thus, the magnet wire 22 induced into each tension control part 11 is controlled to the specified tension one by one and delivered, whereby each of these wires can be wound on the iron core 31 at the winding machine 30 as keeping the proper tension at each wire 22.
