PURPOSE: To penetrate a lead easily even at the time of a small wiring path hole by movably arranging a magnetic type suction apparatus to the upper section of a floor rug with the wiring path hole, sucking and guiding a magnetic- substance moving piece bound at the tip of the lead by the magnetic type suction apparatus and penetrating the lead into the wiring hole.
CONSTITUTION: A lead 4, from which a coil is wound, is connected to a magnetic-substance moving piece 5, the magnetic-substance moving piece 5 is inserted to one end of a wiring path hole 3, and a magnetic type suction apparatus 6 is disposed onto the top face of a rug 2. The suction apparatus 6 is moved gradually along a wiring root on the top face of the rug 2. Suction force based on the Coulomb law works between the magnetic type suction apparatus 6 and the magnetic-substance moving piece 5, and the lead 4 is penetrated into the wiring path hole 3.
