To provide a wire twisting machine in which air resistance of a rotation body is further reduced to achieve lower power consumption and noise.
A wire twisting machine 1 comprises: a rotation body(barrel) 11 for guiding wires; supply bodies 12 for supplying the wires in an internal space of the rotation body 11; and covers 16 which are provided in the internal space of the rotation body 11 and cover the supply bodies 12. The wire twisting machine 1 may be configured as a tubular-type wire twisting machine. Each cover 16 may be disposed so as to block a spool attaching/detaching hole 11a formed in the barrel 11. The covers 16 are cylindrical and may be disposed concentrically with a rotation axis of the barrel 11. The covers 16 may be movably disposed in an axial direction of the rotation axis of the barrel 11.
