A phase estimate section 102 obtains a phase estimate value of an individual channel signal, an SIR(Signal to Interference Ratio) measurement section 103 measures an SIR of the individual channel signal, a weighting section 104 applies weighting to the phase estimate value with a coefficient proportional to the magnitude of the SIR, a phase compensation section 105 uses the weighted phase estimate value to apply phase compensation to the individual channel signal and a RAKE synthesis section 106 sums output signals of fingers 1-n to apply RAKE synthesis to the output signals.
